The field route

A simple role. Not an easy one.

You open the door, build the relationship, and own the follow-through. Our corporate team handles the technical pieces. You keep the deal moving.

Your move

Open the relationship. Ask good questions. Listen for the opening.

You do not need to know everything. You need to know the next step.

Start a real conversation.

Begin with employers who feel the pressure of rising benefits costs. You are not there to recite a pitch. You are there to find out what is changing for them.

You own

The first conversation, the relationship, and the next step.

Corporate handles

The program details and the compliance-backed explanation.

Your move

Get the right people in the room. Show up early. Make sure your client shows up.

Be professional. Be prepared. The corporate team brings the technical close.

Book the discovery.

A discovery call is where the employer sees the numbers. Your job is to make it happen and be present for it.

You own

The invite, the reminder, and the attendance.

Corporate handles

The technical presentation, the numbers, and the compliance questions.

Your move

Do not wait until tomorrow. Send the census the same day.

The faster the census comes back, the faster the employer moves to the next step.

Own the follow-up.

Every deal should always have a next step. Send the census instructions immediately, with the unique link and passcode for that employer.

You own

The follow-up, the census link and passcode, and the momentum.

Corporate handles

Census review, the proposal, and implementation.

Your move

Stay close to both sides. You own the relationship and the momentum.

Do not assume someone else is following up.

Keep it moving.

Stay involved from proposal through launch. The employer and the corporate team both need someone who is paying attention.

You own

The relationship on both sides and the next step.

Corporate handles

Onboarding, employee education, and launch.

The recurring part

One enrollment. Recurring revenue.

You earn PEPM—Per Employee, Per Month—for eligible employees enrolled through the employers you bring in. It is not a one-time payout. It is a monthly commission that grows as your book grows.

A one-time sale ends at the close. A book keeps contributing.

The work is to open the relationship and keep it healthy. The commission follows the enrollment, month after month, for as long as the employer and employees stay in the program.

  • 01
It repeats. The same eligible employees can contribute again next month.
  • 02
It stacks.Every new employer adds another layer to the book.
  • 03
It is earned.Retention matters, so the relationship and the follow-through matter.

Build an illustrative book.

Toggle an employer to see how the monthly commission stacks. Figures are illustrative at $15 PEPM per eligible employee.

PEPM across 1 employer.

If it stays enrolled, that is $18,000 over 12 months.

Illustrative only, based on $15 PEPM per eligible employee. Actual commissions depend on eligibility, enrollment, retention, and program terms. No income is guaranteed.

The calculator is a simple illustration of the recurring model, not a promise of earnings. The full compensation details are covered in a private conversation.

Why it matters

Behind every deal is a real person.

Every employer is a room full of people. The program helps them access care and keep more of what they earn. The commission matters. The impact matters more.

“The impact is bigger than the deal.”How we think about the work

The support

You’re not doing this alone.

You bring the relationship and the follow-through. We bring the system, the training, and the team.

The first 30 days

No guesswork. A path.

You do not have to know everything before you start. You need to know the system, where the resources are, and how to keep a deal moving.

Week one

Learn the system.

Complete the portal training and certification. Read the field guide. Know where everything lives before you start reaching out.

Get trained
Week two

Watch the work.

Join discovery calls. Listen to the questions. See how the corporate team presents the program and handles the technical pieces.

Shadow a call
Week three

Start conversations.

Build your list. Use the two-question opener. Book your first discovery and make sure the right people show up.

Open a door
Week four

Own the follow-up.

Send the census the same day. Set a weekly rhythm. Review what moved and what needs a next step.

Build momentum

By day 30: you have had real conversations, booked a discovery, and sent a follow-up the same day. That is momentum.

Who thrives here

This work rewards a certain kind of person.

You do not need a benefits background. You do need to like people, follow through, and learn the system.

This is for you if…

You want to build something real, not chase a shortcut.

  • You like people and can hold a real conversation.
  • You follow through without being reminded.
  • You are coachable and willing to use the system.
  • You want ownership, not a script-reading job.
  • You care about the outcome for the employee, not just the close.

This probably isn’t for you if…

There are easier ways to spend your time.

  • You want a get-rich-quick shortcut.
  • You would rather not talk to people.
  • You need every word scripted for you.
  • You will not follow up.
  • You are looking for an employment offer with a salary.

No benefits experience needed. Coachability is.

The honest answers

Questions worth asking.

If yours is not here, ask it in the conversation. That is what the conversation is for.

Is this a job?

No. It is an independent agent opportunity. You are building your own book of employer relationships with a corporate team behind you. It is not an employment offer.

Do I need benefits experience?

No. You need to learn the system and do the follow-through. Training and certification are included, and you will have field guides, scripts, and weekly calls to work from.

How does the monthly commission work?

You earn PEPM—Per Employee, Per Month—for eligible employees enrolled through the employers you bring in. It continues month to month while they remain enrolled. The full terms are covered in the conversation.

What does the corporate team handle?

The technical presentation, compliance questions, the proposal, and implementation. You own the relationship and the follow-up. You are not expected to be the technical expert in the room.

Do I get leads?

You build your own conversations. We give you the targeting guides, the scripts, and the support to know who to talk to and how to start. The relationship is yours because you earned it.

How much time does this take?

It is a relationship business, not a dial-for-dollars gig. The people who do well build a consistent weekly rhythm. We will talk through what is realistic for your life and your goals.

What happens after I submit the form?

A short conversation. We will learn about you, answer the compensation questions, and decide together whether it is a fit. No pressure either way.

Is this available where I live?

The program is employer-based and the work happens by phone and Zoom. We will confirm what is available in your market on the call.

Still curious? Start the conversation.

Start here

Let’s find out if this is a fit.

Tell us a little about you. We will set up a short, honest conversation—including the compensation details.

  • You share a little. A few details so we know where you are coming from.
  • We talk. A real conversation about the work, the support, and the recurring model.
  • You decide. No pressure. If it is a fit, we will show you the next step.
